Mark has over 20 years of executive management and business development experience accumulated in the aviation and medical industries. Mark is a licensed pilot with advanced upset recognition and recovery training in single and multi-engine jets. He is a member of the National Business Aviation Association, Arizona Business Aviation Association and a past board member of the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Safety Committee. As principal and CEO, Mark is leading the company.

Larry has over 40 years of aircraft operations experience, including 30+ years at the Director of Maintenance level. In addition to operating and maintaining numerous business and VIP aircraft, Larry has accomplished multiple aircraft pre-purchase inspections, technical and records audits, 125/135 conformity inspections, and other maintenance related activities. Concurrent with his role as Sr. Vice President of Vision, Larry serves as the Executive Director of The Foundation for Business Aircraft Records Excellence; a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the way we produce and manage aircraft documentation through education and technology awareness.

Niels Hansen is a Software Consultant for over 25 years and has been the Chief Technical Officer for coParenter, Collaborative Media Group, Venice Consulting Group and M1 Software. He’s had the privilege to develop software for some of the top Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, American Express, Fox Sports, Capitol Records, Rain Bird as well as for the Edmonton Oilers and the Canadian Hockey League. Niels has a passion for software and is still very hands on when it comes to today's current technology. His expertise includes developing Machine Learning and Event Based software on the Google Cloud platform.

Carolyn comes to Vision Aircraft Records with over 20 years of experience in Business Development accumulated in the Aviation and Medical industries. Her passion for aviation began at an early age with her father, an Ace in World War II, and an aircraft owner of which she enjoyed flying in throughout her childhood. Today, she anchors Vision Aircraft Records, overseeing all aspects of administration for the company.

Jeff is a highly skilled sales and business development professional with a background in aviation, tech and recruiting. With years of experience working in the industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing the aviation sector. In addition to his expertise in sales and business development, Jeff is also a commercial pilot, which gives him a unique understanding of the complex challenges facing the aviation industry. He has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and profitability and his organizational and detail-oriented skills make him a valuable asset in the fast-paced world of aviation.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Oregon State University. Upon graduation he worked for The Boeing Company in Seattle, WA and Southern California. Notable experiences include work on the Boeing 737 MAX and VC-25B Air Force One programs, in addition to collaborations with advanced air mobility startup - Archer Aviation, and spaceflight pioneer - Virgin Galactic. Kyle's 5 years of sales and engineering experience in the Aerospace & Aviation industry expand Vision's capabilities to address the needs of business, commercial and government clients.

Brian began his 40+ year career in aviation at Boeing Commercial in Flight Test and Marketing, then later for business jet maker Dassault Falcon Jet as its Marketing Director. He was later affiliated with a Wall Street investment firm as a Series 7 registered representative. Brian founded Brian Foley Associates (BRiFO) in 2006 to help aerospace firms and investors with strategic research and guidance. He also formed AvStrategies, bringing together investors and great aviation companies. Brian’s consulting covers market research, strategic planning and expert witness, specializing in brokering founder- and family-owned aviation businesses. Brian holds a dual BS degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from Syracuse University, an MBA from Seattle University and completed Wharton’s Executive Education Program in Corporate Governance and is available as an advisory board member. He is also an instrument-rated private pilot.
